Once you have contacted me, we can arrange an initial appointment. This first session is an opportunity for us to discuss what brings you to therapy, what your hopes and expectations are, and to establish if we feel able to work together. If you decide to go ahead, we will agree times and fees. Sessions are 50 minutes long and usually take place at the same time every week. I am available for both evening and daytime appointments.

I offer the initial appointment at £50. For on-going sessions thereafter I charge between £60 and £90 per session. This sliding scale is dependant on income and circumstances. I do, however, believe that therapy should be available to everyone, and I therefore offer a limited number of low-cost places for those who are not able to afford the full fee. This is strictly subject to availability.

All missed sessions are charged at the full rate, unless you give at least 72 hours notice of your cancellation.
